High speed bearings for dental handpieces
This kind of bearing is exclusively used for the dental handpiece. The inner ring and outer ring are made of the refined stainless steel(9Cr18). The balls are made of refined stainless steel(9Cr18) and ceramics(Si3N4), Which has good wear-resistant. The cage are made of polyimide,which has the feature of high intensity, low friction and self-lubrication. The rotation speed of the bearing can reach 300000-350000rPm which was operated under the air pressure of 200-250Kpa.In normal condition, the service life is more than 6 months.
This kind of bearing can also be applied for high speed polishing machines.
